Requirement to join Fury~ [Read this before anything else]

First of all, I'll summarize whut seems important.
I'm Emi Lim and my ign is [emi]-lim~*. Call me Emi, never call me Lim. That's my dad. LOL!
I started playing bRO not long ago. I've only been playing for 3+Months. It was only end of July when i started. And i joined Fury 1 week after.
I was appointed to leader 2 weeks after i joined Fury. AWESOME!!

Since I'm one of the leader, I want things to be organized. So, to those who wants to join Fury. This will be a simple requirement that you have to abide.
1. Active (Weather or not during WoE or normal days)
2. Friendly (Respect fellow members)
3. Raidcall is a MUST! (Easier for us to give orders during WoE)
4. A good listener (Doesn't disobey)
5. Full EQ (We will consider Semi EQs too, it depends though)

Next, had u meet most of the requirements or think that you're worthy enough, you will find the application form below this post.
Read it and post a new topic with <ur name's_application> and follow the format given. You may take your time decorating your post to make it look nice and less messy.
I personally would prefer if you do. But, if you're short on time, make it as simple as possible.
